Spirit Express Cheer & Tumbling Academy offers classes for boys and girls ages 2 years and up! We have several different class options for the very beginning tumbler all the way up to the very elite tumbler! Check out our class times, descriptions, and requirements below.

We are very proud to say that ALL of our instructors are talented tumblers, as well as great teachers and role models for our athletes. They all understand the importance of hard work and are dedicated to making sure that EVERY athletes has fun and excels to their best potential. Our coach to athlete ratio is about 1 to 5 per class.

At Spirit Express, our goal is for your athlete to learn new skills and progress to learn more difficult skills throughout the year.  We want them to be able to progress to harder skills rather than spend time working on a routine for the end of the year.  For this reason, we do not hold an end-of-the-year recital where they showcase a routine they have been working on throughout the whole year.  Parents and spectators are always allowed to view from our parent viewing area.  Our goal is for your athlete to excel at a higher level than when they started the year.  Our goal is continuous learning, perfecting and progressing!

In order for your child to benefit from a  Spirit Express class, placement in the appropriate class is critical.  It is not necessary to wait for a new session to change classes if a child can perform all the required skills and the coach, athlete, and parent all agree that changing classes is needed.
